Since 1980 Nakano has worked as a freelance Photographer. Acclaimed for his acute sensitivity and sharp observational skills as witnessed in the published document of the EMBER GLACE installation. He has published the photography book entitled ’ Tokyo nobody’ in which he pursued the desolate moment of the most congested population town rapidly changing, over 10 years with large (8x10) camera, Tokyo. It became a best seller in 2001. His other publications are, ‘CUBA Dia y Noche’,’Shadows’, ‘Tokyo windows’.
